Quiet away from the crowds,the staff are very friendly and they always help the guest.

A little far from the city center.

The rooms were spacious, generally staff were pleasant when we approach them

Property is old, facilities are limited, colors are very dark and somehow depressing, my kids junior suite was old and all facilities especially the bathroom were overused. When we asked the front desk manager to change it he said upon availability we don’t have any other twin bed junior suites. Usually in such cases we get either a letter of apology or a complimentary gift, but he was that’s all I can do. When I told him this is going to be in my review, he was like yeah go ahead. Also, staff generally were not attentive

Location, Boutique elegance, cleanliness, lobby and staff.

Rooms need an upgrade. The bed sheets and towels are old and overused. Bedsheets and cover can be upgraded to a more premium hotel quality. Towels can be replaced with new, fresh, and hotel quality.

The location was central, the staff was professional and friendly, the facilities were comfortable, the food ( breakfast mainly for us) was very good.

The location is very safe and close to a nice mall. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Small rooms, small and slow elevators. Zero value for money. Staff is co-operative but rest everything was not up to the mark. At the same or lesser price, much better properties were available. Breakfast was also not upto the mark.

Indoor swimming pool not indicated on websiteI was expecting an outdoor swimming pool and the indoor was not mentioned at all on the website.Furthermore I have selected this hotel mainly to get because it was an ACCOR member.I was expecting to get benefits of my ACCOR membership.None of them were provided. WelcomeDrink, upgrade, and bonus points.Again the crew of this hotel was amazing very lind and professional.

Great service, very friendly people and very helpful towards us. Restaurant is good (great local wines). Staff was very fast in following up in questions for help in organizing tours, drivers and reserving restaurants

The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious! So much selection. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I had a great night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in other five star hotels in Beirut and this is the only one where I felt the service was 5 star. The hotel accepted credit cards which is great as many hotels in Lebanon do not because of the banking crisis.

The gym is small and below ground level but it has free weights so you can do a good work out. The pool was a nice temperature and quite big. Both times I was in the fitness centre it was very quite which was lovely.

The location was very nice and convenient, very central. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It was a bit dark. Not much natural light in the lobby or the room which felt a bit weird for such a warm, sunny location like Beirut.

Breakfast was great. Location. Staff amazing . Rooms are spacious.

Bedrooms are very "tired" & the Breakfast is simply not good in enough both in terms of quality & selection

The staff are amazing. the pool is ideal and the rooms are large and the pillow selection is the one!

Despite tough times in Lebanon, this hotel has managed to keep standards high in terms of service & cleanliness. We really enjoyed our time and rested nicely.

Facilities starting to show their age, but this did not hold back our positive experience.

as a five star hotel the AC should be controlled by the costumer. they didn’t have a on because of the winter. if I have known that I wouldn’t have stayed their. I prefer my room to be cold. I could not sleep the whole 4 nights I was there. They should write in their description that their ac is off in the winter.
